1. Who we are

NEW YOLK LAND is provided by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME], [REGISTERED ADDRESS]. Contact: [LEGAL EMAIL] or the support form at newyolkland.com/#support. By using the game, you agree to these terms and the privacy policy.

2. The beta

• This is a test version. Expect bugs; features may change or be removed, and servers may stop for maintenance.
• Your progress is planned to carry over to the full release, but items or currency gained through bugs or exploits may be corrected.

3. Your account

• You sign up with your e-mail and a one-time code, or with Google where it's offered.
• Your sign-in codes are yours alone: never share them, and our team will never ask for them. Your invite code (NY-…) is the one you can share with friends.
• One account per person, with true details, including your birth year.
• You must be at least 13. If you're under 18, a parent or guardian must read and agree to these terms. Under-18 accounts have quick chat only, with no free-text chat and no voice.

4. Your licence to play

We give you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to play NEW YOLK LAND for your own use. You may not copy, reverse-engineer or sell the game, or use cheats or tools that affect the servers or other players.

5. Rules of play

• Respect others.
• No insults, sectarian abuse, harassment, cheating or deliberate exploits.
• No selling accounts, and no sharing other people's personal information.
• If you break the rules, we may mute you, or suspend or ban your account.
• You can appeal through the support form within 30 days of the decision, and we'll review it.

6. Your content

• What you write or make in the game (your display name, chat, and images you upload, such as F8 screenshots) stays yours.
• You give us a free, worldwide licence, for as long as the service runs, to host it, show it to other players, review it, and remove it if it breaks the rules.

7. Your videos and screenshots

You may make, share and monetise videos, streams and screenshots of your gameplay, as long as:

• you don't present them as official;
• you don't share other players' personal information without their consent.

The game, its characters and its logo are ours.

8. Game money: entertainment, not investment

• Farm coins and military credits are virtual. They're earned only by playing, have no real-world value, can't be cashed out, and can't be bought or sold outside the game.
• NEW YOLK LAND is entertainment, not an investment product.
• There is no link between any in-game currency or credit (farm coins or military credits) and NEW YOLK Farm's real investment offers.
• Nothing earned in the game converts to money, or to a share in any real project.

9. Purchases and refunds

• There's nothing for sale for real money in the game today.
• If we add purchases later, we'll publish a clear refund policy before the first sale.
• In-game balances have no cash value and aren't refundable in money.

10. Suspending the service or changing progress

• We may suspend the game or part of it, or reset or delete progress (for example for technical, legal or security reasons), without compensation.
• We'll give notice where we can.

11. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

• The game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the extent the law allows.
• To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses.
• Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. In the free beta, that amount is zero.
• This doesn't remove any right that can't legally be removed.

12. Governing law and courts

These terms are governed by [GOVERNING LAW / COURTS], and disputes go to the courts named there, unless the law of your country gives you the right to bring a claim at home.

13. General

• Force majeure: we aren't liable for delays or outages caused by events beyond our control.
• Severability: if one clause is found invalid, the rest stays in force.
• No waiver: not enforcing a clause once doesn't mean we give it up.
• Entire agreement: these terms and the privacy policy are the whole agreement between us about the game.
• Notices: we notify you by e-mail or in the game. You notify us at [LEGAL EMAIL] or through the support form.

14. Deleting your account

Request it any time through the support form; you have 30 days to cancel.

15. Changes

If we change these terms, we'll update the date and tell players in the game if the change matters.
